He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on December 16th, 1948. He was married to Delores Ann White McAdoo on March 23rd, 1968. They were married for 53 years.
George worked as a typewriter repairman for Mobile Typewriter for 27 years.
He had a passion for deer hunting and deep-sea fishing. His favorite pastime was family gatherings as he had a close-knit family.
He is preceded in death by his Father Leon McAdoo, Mother Fern McAdoo, and brothers Donald Hilton, Burl McAdoo, and Floyd Leon McAdoo.
He is survived by his children Robert Lee McAdoo and Angel Nicole McAdoo Spanel as well as his grandchildren, Robert Jr., Dylan, Zachary, and Grace. He is also survived by his brother Earl McAdoo and sisters Penny Villarreal, Susan Dixon, Karen Ford, and Janice Stanford.
Funeral Arrangements will be held at Brookside Memorial Park on Sunday, October 10th, 2021. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30, chapel service from 10:30 to 11:30, and graveside service from 11:30-12:30.
