George spent his early years in Corpus Christi before moving to Houston. His next 45 years were filled with highs and lows, as with most men. But George loved life. He experienced life and enjoyed sharing it with others. George loved to learn new things and whatever he took on was done with great vigor. He wanted to be good at anything he tried. In his life he was a good sailor of boats, a rider of motorcycles, and a fantastic gardener, just to mention a few. But most of all George could be considered a trusted friend and a good and loving husband. He loved his family and his friends and was the one person to always be there when needed. He believed strongly in helping others in need, especially those who could not help themselves. His deeds in life have surely made him worthy of the life ever after. He will always be with us.
George was preceded in death by his father, George D. Morgan Sr., Mother Lois Anderson Robbins, and his “Pop” Robbie Robbins. He is survived by his wife Patria, daughter Pamela Warren, son Kyle Morgan, grandchildren Paige, Robin, Rachel, and Neil, sisters Gail McBride, Sherry Haefs, and brother Russell Robbins. He also had a large extended family of nieces and nephews both here and in the Philippines. In addition George also leaves behind a vast extended family of friends from the state of Texas and the island of the Philippines.
