Georgia Yohe Carpenter was born on the 16th of August 1919 in Madisonville, Texas. She was the eldest of three daughters. Georgia was a member of the Lake Worth Chapter #1109 Order of the Eastern Star for over 50 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, John Ben & Rosa Curry Yohe; husband, Marvin Earl Carpenter; sisters: Jannie Sara and Bennie Lee (Sis); son, Louis Alfred Janosky and grandson, Richard A. Blank. Georgia is survived by her daughter, Georgetta Welch and husband, Jerry Welch; grandchildren: Nancy Numan, Louis Janosky, Susan Paterson and Brian Blank; eight great grandchilren and two great great grandchildren. A Graveside Service will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2013 with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Brookside Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
