Georgia Rodriguez, 93, of Houston, Texas, born on November 17, 1920, beloved mother and grandmother passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on February 5, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents Domingo and Maria Serrano; husband, Manuel Rodriguez; and son, Robert Rodriguez. She is survived by her brother: Arnulfo Serrano; daughters: Clemencia Colon, Paulina Rodriguez and Lucia (Moses Hernandez); sons: Manuel (Mary Lou), Jimmie (Josie), Jesse (Janie) and Rudy (Tammy); as well as 23 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Sunday, February 9, 2014 from 5pm to 9pm with a rosary at 7pm in the Grand Chapel of Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 10, 2014 at 10am at St. Gregory the Great Church located at 10500 Nold Dr. Houston, TX 77016. Interment will follow at Brookside Memorial Park Cemetery.
