

Gino's childhood was filled with cherished moments, where his love for football and marching band shone brightly. He created wonderful memories exploring the beauty of Big Bend National Park during family vacations and enjoyed playing racquetball. Gino took pride in his perfect school attendance, a reflection of his dedication and commitment. One of his biggest dreams was to land his first job at Moffet Productions, a goal that filled him with excitement and pride.
After graduating from high school, he continued his studies at Sam Houston College, an achievement he deeply treasured. Gino also found great satisfaction in starting his own DJ business, celebrating his passion for music in all its genres. This venture allowed him to share joy with others through the power of music.
Besides being a talented DJ, Gino dedicated himself to teaching at the end of his career, leaving a significant mark on the lives of his students. In his free time, he enjoyed watching videos, playing poker with friends, and above all, being surrounded by his family. His deep love for his family was reflected in every moment they spent together, creating a strong sense of belonging and support.
Gino had a wonderful sense of humor, and each of his cousins cherishes a fond memory of the laughter shared with him, whether at fun karaoke sessions or during lively conversations. His ability to spread joy and connect with those around him made him a truly special person, leaving an indelible legacy of love and laughter in the hearts of his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother, Blanca Garza, and his brother, Donavan Garza. He was preceded in death by his father, Yonder Garza.
A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel, located at 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022, on November 19, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. A rosary will take place at the same location on November 19, 2025, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The funeral service is scheduled for November 20, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at Funeraria Del Angel. Following the funeral service, a committal service will be held at Brookside Memorial Funeral Home, Crematory and Cemetery, located at 13747 Eastex Freeway Feeder Rd, Houston, TX 77039, from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
Gino will be remembered for his warmth and kindness. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
