Glendora Shan Thomas went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 13, 2016. She was born in Silver City, Canal Zone, Panama on August 11, 1941 to Arnold Justin Shan and Olga Matilda Skerritt. Glenda grew up in a loving home with her mother and stepfather Henry " Jack" Fergus. Glenda enjoyed spending time with her family & friends. She loved every single one of them with a special kind of love. She was a teacher professionally and always had a word of wisdom and joke to share. She knew the importance of putting God first in her life and that is why as an ordained minister she preached the Gospel and found knowledge and comfort doing so. She was proud of where she came from and took pride in telling the history of her people. She was a great cook but didn't mind going out to a fine restaurant to be catered to.
