He was born on February 03, 1951 in Galveston, Texas. Glenn is preceded in death by: brother Jimmy Givens and grandson Shelton He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Givens; daughters: Billie Gribben (Michael), April Phillips (Jeff); son,Ty Bertrand (Blair); grandchildren: Ashley, Heather, Christopher, Christy, Cayden, Shelbie,Chelsie, John, Gavin, Chandler, Chance; great grandchildren: Riley, Bailey, Madison, Mackenzie, Ashton, Kylie, Natalie,Blaze, Bella; brothers: Roger and Dennis Givens, Dennis Wyatt; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Brookside Funeral Home on Sunday, June 15, 2014 from 5-8PM. Funeral service at 2:00pm in the Family Chapel on Monday, June 16, 2014. Interment will immediately follow at Brookside Memorial Park.
