Gloria Ann Cardenas

Gloria was born in Houston, Texas, on September 21, 1969. She graduated from M.B. Smiley High School in 1989 and later attended vocational school, where she studied paralegal and clerical occupations.

On April 23, 1994, Gloria married her beloved husband, Eduardo Cardenas, with whom she shared a life centered on family, faith, and cherished memories.

Gloria enjoyed fishing and camping and was a devoted fan of the Houston Texans and Houston Astros. She also enjoyed thrift shopping and spending time finding special treasures. Through her years of employment with Houston Independent School District and Southwest Public Schools, Gloria contributed to the educational community and touched the lives of those around her.

Her faith was an important part of her life. Gloria was a longtime member of Inspire Church Houston, where she attended for 22 years. Her church community was a meaningful part of her life and spiritual journey.

Above all, Gloria will be remembered for the life she shared with her family, the memories she created with loved ones, and the lasting impact she made on those who knew her.

Gloria leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Eduardo Cardenas, and her daughters, Victoria Ann Cardenas, Viviana Cardenas, Adriana Cardenas, and Briana Cardenas. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, church family, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

Though Gloria's earthly journey has ended, the memories she leaves behind and the love she shared will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 4136 Broadway St, Houston, TX 77087, US, on October 14, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with a Religious Ceremony starting at 7:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will take place at Inspire Church, 11727 East Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77044, US, on October 15, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

A Committal Service will be held at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038, US, on October 15, 2026, at 12:30 pm.
