

Gloria Ann Flores, 76, of Houston, Texas, passed away on September 19, 2025. She was born on July 23, 1949, in Houston, Texas. Gloria earned her high school diploma from Jefferson Davis High School and went on to attend Houston Community College, where she studied to become a paralegal. Over the years, she worked at Williams Oil and Gas and Texas Defender Services, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic.
Gloria had a deep love for reading, sewing, and bowling—hobbies that brought her joy and relaxation throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dolores Gomez and Enrique Hernandez; her siblings Fred Pesina, Edward Pesina, Robert Hernandez, and Josephina Hernandez; her son, Gilbert Flores Jr.; and her grandson, Robert Flores.
She is survived by her loving family: sisters Rosemary Valadez (Robert) and Yolanda Cruz (Ricardo); brothers Benito Hernandez and Enrique Hernandez Jr.; her son, Christopher Flores; her grandson, Christopher Flores Jr.; and her great-granddaughter, Audree Flores.
Gloria will be remembered for her warm heart, unwavering strength, and the love she gave to her family and friends.
A visitation for Gloria will be held Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003, followed by a rosary service at 2:30 PM.
