Guadalupe Gonzalez (AKA) Lupe was called home to our Lord and Savior on September 21,2021, at the age of 85, she was born February 12, 1936, after 3 years battling with cancer. It would be wrong to say that Lupe lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Lupe stayed strong. Through her, we know what strength and determination truly looks like. She was devoted to the Our Lady of Guadalupe. She loved Disneyworld “oh how she wanted everyone to go and experience the wonderful world of Mickey Mouse”. (Your never to old), She loved Las Vegas although she wasn’t must of a gambler. Matter of fact she loved traveling no matter where, she was ready to go anytime. Her love for the music was beyond belief. She knew the names of many oldies. One of her favorites was My Way by (Frank Sinatra) or A Mi MANERA by Vicente Fernandez. And guess WHAT, she had it her way.
Lupe is preceded in death by her loving husband Santos Gonzalez, her parents Francisco and Angelita Gonzales, her brothers Joe, Richard, and Fernando Gonzales and her son-in-law Oscar Cepeda.
Lupe is survived by her sisters Dora Pena, Gloria Roza , Lydia Mendez and her brother Albert Gonzales. Lupe is also survived by her children Gloria Cepeda, Carol Rodriguez, Santos Gonzalez Jr, Jose Antonio Gonzalez, Michael Gonzalez, Jesse Gonzalez and Robert Gonzalez and daughter/son is laws Chris Rodriguez, Miriam, Monica, Fidencia, Gloria and Insolina Gonzalez. In addition, Lupe is also survived by grandchildren Griselda, Veronica, Selena, Angelica, Jessica, Noel, Natalie, Irving, Janette, Adrian, Yanette, Claudia, Jose Antonio, Mia, Prisilla, Michael Jr, Alejandra, Monica, Giselle, Yahir, Robert Jr, Aaron, Briana, Brian, Nayeli, Alejandro, Julie and great grandchildren Elizabeth, Armando, Leonardo, Eduardo, Ronnye, Belinda, Yaretzy, Luis, German, Jasmine and Lincoln..
