Hazel Francesca Goia was born on July 23, 1923 in Ladysmith, Canada. She was raised in Vancouver and then was a long time resident of Houston, Texas. She was a WW II Veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force and retired from Memorial Herman Southwest Hospital and volunteering at West Houston Hospital.
She was a loving aunt to all and was loved by all.
Hazel was preceded in death by her mother Mabel Goia and father Charles Goia and three sisters, Mabel, Dorothy, and Josephine. She is survived by her niece Eilene Kemper and great nieces and nephews and the great “Phoebe Jewel” in Texas. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, great nephews and her best friends Joan and Brian in Canada.
A private memorial service will be held by the family.
