Herbert W. Hardung (Herb), was born in Germany, June 8, 1924 and passed away April 10, 2012. He is preceeded in death and has joined his love of 65 years, Mary Frances. He will be greatly missed and live on in the memories of his surviving family; daughter and son-in-law, Randi and Jim Hudson; son, Wayne Hardung; grandson, Jimmy Hudson; granddaughter and husband , Kellie Hudson-Cook & Tim Cook of USAF; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Madison, Brett, Halley, Hannah, and Chase; sister, Martha Smith; niece, Debbie Coleman and his life long friends.
Herb loved his country, served during WW2 and retired from the United States Navy. He enjoyed traveling, bowling, football, and especially his family. May he rest in peace.
A memorial service will be conducted at 10:00 am on Friday, April 13, 2012 in the Hunters Creek Chapel at Earthman Funeral Directors, 8303 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77024.
