Linda was a good friend of mine in High School!  We still chatted on the phone but hadn’t past couple of years.  I know she lived with her Granddaughter after Lupe died and still worked at the Funeral Home.  Would a family member text me ?  903-330-8457

Michael and family,
I was deeply saddened to hear about your mom’s passing. Your mom was such a blessing in my life growing up, and I will always cherish the memories of her kindness and loving spirit. Growing up during our grade school years, she was like a second mother to me, always greeting everyone in her presence with a smile that reflected the love of Christ in her heart. 

Even though we drifted apart with time and eventually I started my own family, I am comforted by the thought that she is now with our Lord, experiencing the peace and joy of His presence. And joined again with her love of her life and your dad Lupe, who was also dear to my heart. Her beautiful soul has surely found rest in Heaven, and I pray that you and all your family feel God's comforting arms around you during this difficult time.

Please know that you are in my prayers. If there is anything I can do or if you need someone to talk to, I am here for you brother.

It was an honor and privilege to work and befriend this wonderful lady. Will miss you, know your in a better place.

Gonna miss you Tia Linda.  We worked together at Forest Park Westheimer for a few years which was a long time ago.  In doing family geneology, I found her high school yearbook (Cy-Fair High School) online, I came across a photo where she was voted "Most Beautiful".  She always was beautiful, in looks but especially in her heart.  She was always the "fun" Tia.  Her and Tio Lupe were a force to be reconned with.  I have great memories of her and him,  of them dancing and having a good time.  She's up there with the people I love in heaven.  Rest in peace Tia.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I will miss working with Linda. She was a special and kind hearted lady.

Linda is very much Loved, created so many happy moments. Her smile, laughter, and sweet loving voice will be missed. We Love You Herlinda! God loves you too and wants you to be with Him. So, Ok, bye for now.
