He was born in Meizhou, China on February 25th, 1938 to Lam Tim Wan.
Later in life he met Noan Tu Ng to whom he was married for 42 years.
Hoi Kin Ng worked as a chef in the field of culinary arts and had a passion for traveling and gardening.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Noan Tu Ng and their three sons Jesse Ng, Jason Ng, & Justin Ng.
