Howard was born in Teague, Texas on the 22nd of November 1926.
He is preceded in death by his wife, the late Marjorie Stewart; father, Clarence Guy Stewart; mother, Opal O. Allen; and by his brother, Guy E. Stewart. He is survived by his daughter, Susan Allen and Husband "Buddy,” and his grandson, Devin Gibbs.
The funeral service is to be conducted at one o'clock in the afternoon on Thursday, the 30th of December, in the Jasek Chapel of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston, where Pastor Rickey Manning is to officiate.
Prior to the funeral, during the noon hour, the family is to receive friends during a visitation in the chapel.
The interment service is to follow the funeral, via an escorted cortege, at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery in Houston.
