I worked with Hugo at Brown and Root in the early 1970s.  He was a great guy and one of those whom I remember fondly from my early career.  I know how much he loved his family and I remember his son, the dentist, who was a several years younger than me and worked during the summer at B&R.  Hugo was very proud of him, and I seem to recall that Hugo had a much younger son whom he doted on shamelessly.  No doubt.  I'm sure you all have great memories of your dad, as do I.

I googled your name to notify you that my mom passed away. Martha Daumas passed away on May 17, 2022. I read you had passed away too. The Daumas children send condolences to Consuelo and your children. Your family has always been part of our family for years. Rest In Peace!

I am so sorry for your loss.  Hugo was a good Friend, and also taught me a great deal about our trade.  He made our job more pleasant.

My Prayers go out to the family, I know you will miss him.

My Pops as I called you. You were the father I wished I had. My heart hurts but I know you are not in any pain now. We spent many days for over 18 years talking and discussing things. You always looked out for me, gave me advice (I wished I had listened), but most of all loved me for who I was. So many happy times. I’ll miss you terribly and you will always in my heart.  I’m praying for comfort and peace for your whole family. Rest In Peace my Pops, God Bless and I love you.
