Ira Lee Fransaw, age 63, of Channelview, Texas passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023.
A memorial service for Ira will be held Friday, December 1, 2023 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Fellowship of Purpose Church, 14203 Wallisville Rd, Houston, TX 77049.
