Ira McNeese Clark

Ira “Pat” Clark was born to the union of the late Roy and Hattie B. Gaddis of Terrell, Texas. Her Father Roy Gaddis and Mother Hattie B. Gaddis, Brother, LeRoy Gaddis and Sister, Susie Phillips preceded her in death. She received Christ at a very early age and was christened at St. Luke C.M.E. Church in the city. Growing up in the church she was actively involved in Sunday School and the Sunday Evening League for youth. She was educated in the public school system and actively involved in school activities. After graduating from Burnett High she attended Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. While attending school she met and married Rudolph McNeese Sr., who worked for the railroad, and to this union they were blessed with four lovely children, Sandy, Robert, Lynda, and Rudi.

Later years she moved to California with her four children and there she returned to college and graduated from South West College. Pat worked until she retired from the Neutrogena Company and later moved back to Houston, Texas and resided with her niece La Verne Williams until she found the love of her life, Mr. William Clark. She relocated her membership from Bethany Missionary Baptist Church, Houston, TX where Rev. Roderick Young was her pastor. After her marriage she united with her husband at The Community Of Faith, under the pasturage of Bishop James W.E. Dixon, II, Houston, TX. She leaves to cherish and celebrate her memory a beloved Husband, William Clark, Three Sons; Robert McNeese, Rudolph McNeese Jr. Yevette McNeese, “Daughter-in-Law”, Henry Williams, Marva Williams, “Daughter-in-Law, Two Daughters; Cassandra McNeese-Dantzler and Lynda McNeese-Burrell, One Sister; Dr. Edna Stafford. 12 Grand Children, 15 Great-Grand Children, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
