Mrs. Jacinta Ajuka Amadi AKA (Mama J) transitioned to God's glory on the 29th of November 2024 after a brief illness in Houston Texas USA. Mrs. Jacinta was born on September 7th, 1959 to Mr. and Mrs. Donatus Ogbonaya and Margaret Ihenacho of Naze Owerri in the North local government area of Imo State Nigeria.
Mama J as she was fondly called was survived by her husband Mr. Basil C. Amadi of Amaibo Nguru Ngor Okpala LGA, of Imo State Nigeria, 6 Children: Prince Ifeanyi, Franklin O, Jane O, Oliveth I, Adrian MC and Basil C. Jr. Amadi and 19 grandchildren.
Mama J was educated in Nigeria and continued her education in the State. She took a job as a teacher and later joined her husband in the family business (Central Hotel in Nguru Ngor Okpala LGA Imo State) before immigrating to the United States with her husband Mr. B.C. Amadi.
While in the States she worked tirelessly as a health care provider not only for her paycheck, but to put a smile on the face of her patients and make them happy. Mama J's legacy of kindness, peace ✌️, love 💕 and prayer lives on in our minds to always renew, reflect, and act on daily. As a woman of peace, Mama J's last request was " everyone should stay in peace" . Her kindness to humanity was immeasurable until she went to be with the Lord.
RIP Mama J until we meet again in Paradise where there will be no more death, pain or sorrow: Rev. 21 Vs 1-4.... The hope of everyone that lived a Godly life.
