Jack was a very special person and I very much enjoyed playing golf with him. When I first joined the Men's Senior Golf group at Riverbend Country Club, Jack was the first person that welcomed me and introduced me to all the rest of the golfer. He made me feel very welcome and a part of the group from the very first day. Jack was an outstanding golfer and took a lot of time trying to show me how to properly hit different golf shots but never lost patients with me when I was not able to duplicate what he was trying to show me. I will never forget him hitting a ball out of a sand trap with such ease like it was the easiest thing to do. He kept telling me, "Ken, it in the follow through" but I could never do it the way he could. All the folks at Riverbend Country Club will miss Jack.

What can be said about Jack, oh I know:
Gentleman Jack! And I don't mean Daniel's either! Jack was the TRUE embodiment of that word:Gentleman. Always kind, considerate, caring, and so full of wisdom. Yet, he was one of the most humble men I have ever met.
I had the UTMOST respect for Jack, and he always made everyone feel special.
How I will miss his gentle presence.
Millicent, I admire your strength, but I know you will miss this sweet man so.
We will be happy to have you around, even in your sadness. You were the Ying and he was the Yang.
Thank you for being such an inspiring couple. You showed the way for many of us.
God Bless You Jack, save me a seat and we can enjoy another chuckle together...
You are one of the BEST.
