Jackie Monroe Conlee

Jackie Monroe Conlee (Jack) was born to his parent’s Jack & Pauline Conlee, in Carlsbad, New Mexico on April 19th, 1946. Sadly, Jack passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 77. He was loved and will be missed by his family and friends.

Jack left high school at the age of 17 years of age to join the US Navy to honor and protect the citizens of his beloved country. He was a very proud member of the Construction Battalion, working as an electrician, and proudly served two tours in the Vietnam War. After returning to civilian life, Jack worked as an electrician until retirement. Jack enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, karaoke, and woodworking.

Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Conlee (Pam), his parents, and his sister, Patricia.

Jack is survived by two daughters, two step-son’s, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, countless nieces, nephews and cousins.

A visitation for Jackie will be held Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 2:00 PM. A burial will occur Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Brookside Memorial Park.
