Ms. Jacqueline Regina (Hall) Ross

Jackie, known by family as “Jack,” was born to Wilford and Jes Weda Hall on March 25, 1961 in Houston Texas. Jackie was described as spunky, opinionated and rambunctious teenager particularly while she attended Kashmere High School. Although Jackie was short in stature, her personality was so big and very present.

Jackie was loved by all, but she chose to share her love life with three important men. First, her middle school sweetheart, Michael Samuel, in which they birthed two beautiful children Michael Sha’Juan and Torlisha Antionette. She met Robert Minor in the mid-80s, and they welcomed a dimple faced baby girl named Robin Danielle. In 1997, Jackie stood in front of GOD and pledged herself in holy matrimony to Lorenzo Ross.

Jack had a skill to see the beauty in all things especially decorative items. She loved interior design and often visited stores like Pier1, Z-Gallery, and Kirkland’s. She enjoyed traveling and hosting family functions. She vowed her life to her Lord Savior Jesus Christ and visited chapel often.

As a hard and dedicated worker, Jackie devoted 31 years to Methodist Hospital Medical Center. She took pride in her work and continued her education and training as she obtained numerous promotions, but her utmost joy was being a mother.

As we remember Jacqueline Regina Ross, we should remember the dedication she had for her family. She sacrificed and loved them dearly. She cherished her children and wanted to give them the world.

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents Wilford Peter Hall and Jes Weda Groves, sisters Chavier Hall, Sandra Lou Hall, Trina Renee Whitaker, brother Arnold Cornelius Hall and grandson Michael Sha’Juan Hall Jr.

She leaves her fondest memories with her children: Michael, Torlisha, and Robin, her grandchildren: Tay Cooper, Alexas Wilson, Jasmine Hall, Michayla Hall, Davinice Hall, Peyton Hunte, Trey Hall, Lyrik O’Neal; her Aunt Joe Louise Gayle; her five siblings Cynthia Ann, Wilford Danny, Jeanette “Weda,” Yvette “Peaches,” and Linda Faye; a host of cousins, nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
