James Edward Bradford Jr.

James Jr was born to James Edward Sr. and Malissia Sarah Bradford. James Jr graduated from Pensacola High School in 1996 where he played on the Varsity basketball team. At the time of his passing, James Jr. was employed at Chevron Pipeline and Power Company, Houston, Texas for 13 years. He was also co-owner of Headquarterz Lounge, Houston, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Nia Simone Bradford, his paternal grandparents, Aquilla and Elva Bradford, and his maternal grandparents, Asbury and Malissia Morrison.

He leaves to mourn his loving memories two sons, Omarion Kobe Bradford and Eli Alexander Bradford both of Houston, Texas. The mother of his children, Khechara Bradford also of Houston, Texas. One sister, Malissia Lashay (Matthew) Melendez of Porter, Texas. Three nephews Benjamin, Malachi and Ezekiel Melendez. Five aunts, Gola (McKinley) Dailey, Dorita (Roger) Purifoy both of Atmore, Alabama. Patricia (Jerry) Shaw, Delphine (Donald) Williams and Martha Stallworth, all of Pensacola, Florida. Three special cousins, LaWanda Carter, Jermaine Stallworth, both of Pensacola, Florida and Marquisha Howard of Belton, Texas. Goddaughter, Justice Stallworth and a host of other family and friends.

A memorial service for James Jr. will be held Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Creek, 9149 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX 77095.
