James Murphy Hover, 87, passed away on September 16, 2013. He loved fishing, being in his boat and was a Master Electrician who served our country for 4 years. He fought in the WWII and was proud of his family name. James is survived by his son, Garry Hover & wife Dorie; daughter, Regina Mongrain & husband Robert; soulmate, Betty Weir; grandchildren: Daphne Hover, Robert Hover, Emily Cassard, Julie Ridings, Ashley Marek, Heidi Tircuit, Angie Stringer, Jay Hover and Holly Wilson; numerous great-grandchildren. He preceded in death by daughter, Elizabeth Hilburn; son, James Hover; grandson, Michael Cleland. Visitation will be from 5pm to 8pm on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral Service will begin at 10am on Friday, September 20, 2013 in the Brookside Family Chapel. Interment to follow in Houston National Cemetery at 11:15am.
