He leaves behind his beloved wife of 25 years, Mary A. Rister; children: Jimmy Rister of Austin, TX; Sheila Rister and Sheri Rister of Copperas Cove, TX; Eugene Rister of Albuquerque, NM; step son, Billy Est of Houston, TX; grandchildren: Joseph Booth and Tiffany Rister of Copperas Cove, TX; Jackii Montsdeoco of Albuquerque, NM; Mandy Ann Est of Aurora, MS; great grandchildren: Anani Montsdeoco of Albuquerque, NM; Justin Est of Aurora, MO; Aurora Gallego of Albuquerque, NM; brothers: Goldie L. Rister of Huntley, IL and Paul J.
