Jeanette Peterson was born in Sardis, Texas to parents, father Edward Clay Dickerson and mother Mozelle Dickerson. She grew up living in several locations before moving to Spring Branch, Texas where she graduated from Spring Branch High School in 1956. Shortly after that she married the love of her life Charles on July 3, 1956. They celebrated their 69th anniversary this year while she was in rehab.
During her lifetime she worked as an office manager for a local law firm, but being at home was her number one priority with her family. She loved her church and all that she met with a smile and loving conversation. "To her no one was a stranger".
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Barbara Ann, son Charles Edward Peterson II.
Survived by her husband Charles and son Tracy Clay Peterson, (5) grandchildren, (4) great grandchildren and many others.
She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother that will all miss her. We all know she is with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations can be made to Southview Baptist Church Debt Retirement Fund.
A visitation will be held on November 13, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Southview Baptist Church, located at 23003 State Hwy 288, Rosharon, TX. The funeral service will follow from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Burial will take place at 1:30 p.m. at Brookside Memorial Garden, 13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039.
