She was born in Houston, Texas, on the 30th of August 1930, to her parents, August and Zena Tamborello. She graduated from Incarnate Word Academy in 1947 and was in the founding class of the University of St. Thomas. She married her sweetheart, Gasper Puccio, on the 5th of October 1958, and throughout the years, they enjoyed raising their children and growing the family business.
Family and faith were the center of Jeanette’s life. She loved cooking and bringing everyone together; her thoughtfulness made every occasion special. It was also the simple things in life that she enjoyed, like a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, a good book, and a phone call to her dearest friend Pauline to catch up on the family news. As a devout Catholic Christian, she imparted the beliefs of the Church to her children and grandchildren. She also had a special devotion to Mary and the Rosary. Her generosity was far-reaching and her kindness touched many lives.
Jeanette is survived by her son, Christopher Puccio and his wife, Raquel, and their daughters, Alexandra and Olivia; her daughter, Laura Thomson and her husband, William, and their children, Sydney, Ethan, and Madeline; her son, Steven Puccio and his wife Regina, and their children, Sofia, Ava, and Vincent; and her daughter, Patricia Fairley and her husband, Matthew. She is also survived by her brother, James Tamborello and wife Pauline; her brother, Edward Tamborello; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband of forty-six years; and her daughter, Diana Marie Puccio.
The family desires to express their gratitude to Home Health Resources for the care given to Jeanette. They would also like to especially thank Elena Contreras for being such a wonderful caregiver, and will always remember her special closeness with Jeanette.

Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston, where the Recitation of the Holy Rosary will commence at seven o’clock.
