He was preceded in death by his parents Senator and Marie Fulks.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Fawn Fulks; sons, Jeffery Fulks Jr., Scott Fulks, Michael Mushinski, and Alan Mushinski & wife Jennifer; grandchildren, Bradley Mushinski, Hannah Rodriguez, Trey Rodriguez, Kaitlyn Mushinski & Klarissa Fulks. As one of four, he is also survived by his brothers, Donnie Fulks & wife Linda, and Johnny Fulks; sister, Darlene House & husband Ronnie; brother-in-law, Rusty Mobley & wife Charlotte; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
Serving as pallbearers are Bradley Mushinski, Michael Mushinski, Donnie Fulks, Johnny Fulks, Dewey McAdams, Ronnie Fulks, Clark Fulks & John Fulks.
For those who would like to say goodbye, there will be a visitation at noon on Friday, May 24, 2024 with funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM.
