Jerado M. Perez

Jerado Martin Perez, 84, of Humble, Texas, passed away on November 18, 2022. He was born in New Braunfels, Texas on October 3, 1938 to parents Hilaria Ontiveros Perez and Ysidoro Perez. Jerado met the love of his life, Mary Ann Lujan in Houston, Texas and they decided to become one on March 15, 1960.

Jerado is preceded in death by his mother, Hilaria Ontiveros Perez; father, Ysidoro Perez; sisters, Ofelia Martinez, Erlinda Correa, Caroline Fernandez and Beatrice Reyes; brothers, Robert Perez and Ruben Perez; son, Jerado Martin Perez Jr.

Jerado is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Perez; daughter, Naomi Melchor; sons, Johnny Perez, Steve Perez and Alejandro Perez; brother, Francisco Perez. He also leaves behind to cherish his memory 18 grandchildren, 4 adopted grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers is Stephen Perez, Johnny Perez, Steve Perez, Alejandro Perez, David Melchor and David Melchor Jr.

A rosary service for Jerado will be held Friday, November 25, 2022 at 6:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A visitation will occur from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The funeral service will occur Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 10:00 AM. With a burial to follow at Brookside Memorial Park.
