Jernette Ann Proctor, age 81, of Bacliff, Texas passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. She was born in San Benito, Texas on October 13, 1943. Jernette attended the Sunshine Cottage Deaf School and was later married to Thomas Lee Proctor. Jernette was a member of Woodhaven Baptist Church and had a passion for singing in the church choir. Jernette is preceded in death by her ex husband Thomas Lee Proctor and grandson Kyle Lee Groda. She is survived by her children Angela Proctor and Timothy L. Proctor along with her grandchildren Bridget Proctor and Dylan Hammitt.
