Jerrie Lu Moore was born on November 25, 1948 in Keenyville, Illinois. Her family moved to Houston, Texas when she was three years old, and she departed for her home in Heaven on Friday, August 21, 2015. She was a faithful member of The Little Country Church for many years. She loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, with all her heart. If you knew her at all, you knew she was a Christian. Jerrie was a retired bookkeeper who collected Betty Boop memorabilia, loved to sing and dance to 50's music, her heart really was in the 50's. In fact, she's probably dancing to 50's music with Auntie Bootsie right now. Jerrie will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Jerrie is survived by: son, Adam Laurendine; daughter and son-in-law, Aaron and Kary Knight; granddaughter, Nevaeh Knight; brother, Tommy Culler; sisters, Donna Edmunds, Judy Phillips, & Merry Jane Beadles; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. Jerrie was preceded in death by: husband, Gary Phinney; parents, Harry & Harriet Culler; sister, Linda Bland; paternal grandparents, John & Fanni Moore; maternal grandparents, Harry & Mathilde Kuykendall.
