Jervis graduated from John H. Reagan High School in Houston, Tx.

A TIME TO LOVE: Jervis united in Holy Matrimony to Edna Levingston in 1979. To This union two children were born Nicole Denise and Jervis Lee II.

Jervis worked for the City of Houston for 30 years until retirement and Aldine ISD for 14 years until retirement.

Jervis transitioned from labor on earth to rest in paradise on June 15, 2022.

Jervis Parents: Robert and Hazel Richards; and Sister Sharon Neal preceded him in transition.

Jervis leaves to cherish his memory: Loving wife: Edna Richards of Houston, Tx; Two children: Nicole Eaglin (Freddie) of Houston,Tx. And Jervis II (Aspen) of Corpus Christi, TX.; One Brother: Rodney Richards (Mary) of Houston, Tx; Three Grandchildren: Freddie Fitzgerald Eaglin, Gerard Lee Eaglin And Tiffany Janelle Eaglin; One Sister-in-Law: Janet Levingston; Two Nephews: Roland Neal and Laurence Smith (Trelice); and Three Nieces: Tuesday Neal, Jerrica Smith and Meagan Richards; and Host of Relatives and Friends.
