Jesse served in the US Navy during the Korean War aboard the Destroyer U.S.S. Floyd B Parks DD884 and was very proud of his military service to his country. Jesse Loved his family foremost, family gatherings, his pet dogs, gardening, enjoying nature, playing pranks, and watching his local sports teams.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dora V. De Leon where he will be laid to rest beside her. He is survived by his son Jesse V. De Leon Jr and his wife Ann De Leon; Daughter Yvonne De Leon Parker and her husband Jeff Parker; Grandsons (3) Shaun De Leon, Joshua Beers, Michael De Leon; Granddaughters (3) Jennifer Major, Heather Cahoon, Shara Scott Mata; Great-Grandsons (4) Dominic De Leon, Liam De Leon, Kameron Delgado, Noah Cahoon; Great-GrandDaughters (2) Haven McGee, Cecile De Leon, Half-brother Joe De Leon and numerous Family members, Friends, Nieces, & Nephews.
Visitation will be held at Pat H. Foley Funeral Home, 1200 W 34th St Houston,Texas 77018 on Friday February 26th from 9am-1130am. Rosary service 1130am-12 noon. Virtual Viewing Live stream on Pat H.
