Jessie Fox Stamps, 95, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2010 in Katy, TX. She was born in Wanilla, MS, on September 29, 1914 to George and Frances Fox. Jessie enjoyed her lifelong occupation as a general ledger with Spring Branch Bank. She was a Charter member of the Katy Chapter O.E.S, devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Katy and a member of the American Institute of Banking. Jessie was an avid gardener, created original bridal garters and loved giving Christmas parties for family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Beacham Stamps. She is survived by her daughter, Frances Mitchell and husband Buddy; Granddaughter, Rebekah Mitchell Mosshart; Great- Grandchildren, Lindsay Mosshart of Washington, D.C., Mitchell Mosshart, Ian Mosshart and Great- Great grandchild, Blakely Mosshart. Serving as honorary pallbearers; Ian Mosshart and Mitchell Mosshart. A special thank you to Angela, Terry and Mary of Amazing Grace Hospice for their loving care.
