Jimmy Lee Ringo Sr. passed away on November 7, 2017. He was born on March 4, 1952 in Houston, Texas to parents, Hubert and Edith Ringo. Jimmy was preceded in death by his loving wife of 42 years, Rita Ringo, parents, brother Danny Ringo, and son Jimmy Lee Ringo, Jr. He is survived by his son, William Edward Ringo and wife Delores; four grandchildren: William Ringo Jr. and wife Maggie, Christopher Ringo, David Ringo, James Ringo; two great grandchildren: Ethan Ringo, Emma Ringo; five sisters: Dean, Shirley, Patricia, Vera, Joann; five brothers: Henry, George, Richard, Bobby and Alvin as well as numerous friends and other family members.
The family will receive friends for a visitation Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 1:30 PM in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home; followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park and Cemetery, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
