memories of auntie jo, as we called her, are of her teaching me how to make button holes on dresses that I had made.  I think she gave me a hair permanent a couple time.
you lived your life well and had a lot of heartache in your life, but was always found with a smile on your face.  you are a person that did make a difference in my life and am thankfull for that.  
msy you have a wonderfull afterlife and I am sure that you will.

So many great memories of Jo Nell and Walter. She was a dear friend to our family and her memory will endure. I plan on seeing her again.

In loving memory of a real Texas Lady of the first and highest order. I am not sure that they make them like Jo Nell anymore, but I pray that they do. Charlotte and O'Bannon did such a wonderful, thoughtful, and loving job of staying with and taking care of Mrs. Drew these last two years. It was all 'on them' and they stepped froward and did the job. There is a special place in Heaven for people like Jo Nell, and also for the ones that love and sacrifice to care for them in their final years. The reward? They will all meet again in that special place someday and, that will be a Glorious Day!

Our love and sympathies to all of the family...

Many thoughtful moments are going thru my mind as I share these thoughts of Jo-Jo (as she was called in my childhood).  Jo-Jo and I grew up together - Uncle Frank and Aunt Jessie were my grandparents.  She was my inspiration in high school, Reagan, where I was determined to become a Redcoat just she was before her graduation.  I love this picture of her - it alone brings back many happy memories - of Christmases spent together as a family, birthday celebrations and even just sitting in the back yard.  May our Lord add His blessing on those of you who are left to mourn her passing.  She is in the presence of God Almighty.
