Joe E. Uribe, age 75, of Huffman, Texas passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021. Joe was born in Rosenberg, Texas December 30, 1945. Joe E. Uribe graduated from Lamar High School, and received an Associates In Arts Degree from Los Angeles College.
He was married to Martha Sanchez Uribe on January 17, 1970. Joe E. Uribe had a career as a Piping Designer for various engineering and construction companies. He was a member of the VFW, and had a passion for: Fishing, Hunting, Attending Auctions, Riding his tractor, and Going for long drives.
He is survived by his wife Martha, son Adrian(Brittany) Uribe, daughter Mariana(Andrew) Nieman. Grandchildren Gabriel J. Uribe, Carmen N. Uribe, Noel D. Nieman, Erik J. Nieman and Luca L. Uribe and sister Jacobita U. Tamayo.
He is preceded in death by his parents Pedro and Juana Uribe. Siblings Juanita U. Jessup, Pedro E. Uribe jr., Julio E. Uribe, Eliseoe Uribe, and Petra U. Ullery.
