Joeanne Dee Thompson

She will be remembered for her love of the ballet, keen intelligence, deep spirituality, and generosity to friends and family.

Joanne is survived by her son, Fred V. Cannata and daughter-in-law, Cheryl Cannata; Cheryl’s children, John Cowhig and JoBeth Prochaska; her daughter, Therese Cannata and son-in-law Robert Bowman, and three grandchildren, Francesca Cannata-Bowman, Nicholas Cannata-Bowman and Sophia Cannata-Bowman.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm with the rosary being recited at 6:30 pm in The Hunters Creek Chapel at Earthman Funeral Directors, 8303 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77024. Funeral service will be conducted on Monday, May 22, 2017 at 11:00 am in The Hunters Creek Chapel at Earthman Funeral Directors, 8303 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77024 with a graveside service to follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079.
