Jack was born on September 3, 1928, in Roswell, New Mexico. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Elizabeth Kelly, his brother Ben Kelly, and his sister Adelle Truit.
Jack is survived by his son John Patrick Kelly, several nieces and nephews, and his companion and best friend Sandie Mottola. He was a graduate of New Mexico Military Institute. Jack proudly defended our freedom in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.
A Celebration of Life will commence on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 10:00am at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079. A reception will immediately follow the service.
