John Kent Meadows, 74, passed away to be with our Lord Jesus on June 27, 2012 in Cypress, TX. He was born April 15, 1938 in Merryville, Louisiana and resided in the Houston area for the past 36 years. He served in the U.S. Airforce and was a retired branch manager at Graybar Electric. He is survived by his loving wife, Hanne, of 51 years and 3 caring children; John Todd (Toby) and wife Robbie, Mark, and Tanya and 4 grandchildren; Kelsi, Chase, Andrew and Cole. He is also survived by his sister, Marlene Archer, and brothers Curtis Meadows and Sam Meadows and wife Lana. He is preceeded in death by his parents, Eugene and Willie Mae Meadows, and his sister Mae Imogene and brother Robert (Bob). The visitation and memorial service will be Tuesday, July 3 beginning at 11:00 am at Brookside Funeral Home- Cypress Creek.
