He was preceded in death by his father Anthony Palasota, mother Josephine Palasota, and his six brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Jeanette Leggio Palasota; daughter Josephine Marie and husband Michael DeForke; son John A. Palasota and wife Angelica; daughter Joanna E. Palasota; six grandchildren, Samuel DeForke, Anna DeForke, Elizabeth DeForke, Sarah DeForke, Mary Palasota, and Dominick Palasota; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 19, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a rosary and wake service at 7:00 PM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 6646 Addicks-Satsuma Road, Houston, Texas 77084. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, February 20, 2015 at 10:30 AM also at the church. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77060.
