Johnny Antoon Sr.

Johnny Antoon went to be with the Lord on August 6, 2021. He was born on June 14, 1944 in Houston, TX to parents Gilbert and Victoria Arrizola. Johnny was retired from Intercoastal Company as a painter. Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, Victoria Arrizola and Gilbert Arrizola; sister, Irene Morales; brother, Joel Arrizola; and grandson, Christopher Castillo. He is survived by his eight children, Johnny Antoon Jr. and wife Dolores Antoon, Josephine Antoon Deleon and husband Joe Deleon, Annette Antoon Marroquin and husband Sergio Marroquin Sr., Jesse Antoon and wife Priscilla Antoon, Adam Marron and wife Wendy Rodriguez, Anthony Marron and wife Melissa Marron, Adrian Marron and wife Crystal Marron, and Christina Marron and husband Patricio Artega; sixteen grandchildren, Joseph Castillo, Jason Castillo, Priscilla Gonzalez, Brian Antoon, Sergio Marquin II, Clarissa Stanley, Robert Tobar, Adamya Marron, Gabriel Rodriguez, Alyssa Rodriguez, Destiny Rodriguez, SkyLynn Martinez, Elie Marron, Bentley Marron, Justin Marron, and Adrian Marron Jr.; and twelve great grandchildren, Sophia Gonzalez, Joseph Gonzalez, Valerie Gonzalez, Joseph Castillo Jr., Jonathan Castillo, Gizelle Castillo, Eliana Marroquin, Abriela Marroquin, Aliza Marroquin, Logan Stanley, Payton Tobar, Amari Silva, and Rich Jones; sister, Margaret Arrizola; and brother, Gilbert Arrizola Jr. and wife Dora Arrizola.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 6:00pm-9:00pm and the Rosary will be held at 7:00pm. The funeral service will be held Monday, August 16, 2021 at 11:00am at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas, 77039.
