Jorge Arturo Gonzalez Jr.

Jorge Arturo Gonzalez Jr., age 33, of Channelview, Texas, passed away on January 28, 2026. Jorge was a devoted father, son, brother, and friend. He had a deep love for Houston sports teams and found his greatest joy in spending time with his family and friends. Jorge’s presence brought laughter, loyalty, and heart to those around him, and he will be remembered for the love he gave so freely.

He is survived by his beloved son, Jorge “LJ” Arturo Gonzalez III, his parents, Jorge Arturo Gonzalez Sr. (Beatriz) and Misty Bartolomei (Jorge); his sisters, Amber Castro (Rick), Ashleigh Champagne (John), Alex Gonzalez, and Andria Gonzalez; and his brother, Arturo Gonzalez.

Jorge also leaves behind his cherished nieces, Angelina Gonzalez (Cesar), Anabella Doria, Melina Guzman, Mackenzie Guzman, and Maddix Tackitt; his nephews, Caden Champagne, Mason Champagne, and Enrique Castro; his great-niece, Mariela Cantu; and his grandmother, Peggy Stansbury (Dan).

Jorge will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation services will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, located at 2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, TX 77003, United States. The visitation is scheduled for February 6, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and on February 7, 2026, from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
