It’s clear to see how much Jose had an impact on so many. I knew Jose for a short time but when I remember the times when we hung out, whether it was at ihop at 2am getting breakfast or hanging out at his house, those were some of my most fondest memories. We laughed so much. I miss you my friend. My deepest condolences to all who knew Jose. All I can say is Jose you are like no other, you are very missed, and you will always be part of so many.

Jose, you’re my brother in the Lord God. I enjoyed sharing the stage in ministry with you. You were the complete showman. All my kids and family adored you. We wrote and played some great music together for Jesus in Shining Force. Prayers for your family from the emptiness of your presence. I know your enjoying God and all Heaven has to offer. Rest In Peace my brother you have finished your race.

Jose will be missed, He was like part of my family. He knew all my children and saw them all grow up. He was like their big brother and he was like a son to me. He was there when I needed him. when I was sick he helped. He played in my band Shining Force, together we shared the stage and shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ as musicians. Jose is on 2 of our albums. He will never be forgotten, he left his mark on everyone he met in ministry and out of ministry. Jose was the type of person to help others out all the time and encourage them also. He was a quite shy type at times and kept to himself, but when he opened up he was full of love and compassion for others. Jose I know you are walking on streets of Gold with Jesus and would never want to come back to this earth. You are where so many of us want to be one day. Save a seat for me because their is so much I have to tell you when I get there. My children miss you and so does my wife and I. We cried when we heard the news. Thank you Lord God for the time you have given us with Jose, please take care of him and give him his crown that he deserves for all that he has done for others. Jose is truly a Metal Warrior. He was a Warrior for Christ. My condolences to the family.

I having been in mourning since the day I heard he passed on I had just talked to him in the hospital I never knew this was going to happen. To say we were best friends wasn't good enough we were brothers for 31 years we shared so much in life our love for heavy metal music and dio our favorite band. Movies, life and of course metal concerts my heart is broken into a million pieces a part of me has died. But I think of all the concerts and good times we shared to get me through the day but oh how I want to call you just as did almost every day man. We shared so much life man from being in bands together and just talking heavy metal and life over pizza. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you it's like a nightmare I can't wake up from man. But I know you are in God's hands now. The day you passed you came to me in a dream and we were banging our heads at concert and you looked at me and told everything was good then I woke up but I didn't feel right I felt strange as though death had passed through me and then I knew something was very wrong. And the next day I found out you had passed on. I don't think I will ever recover from your passing from when we met for the first time in high school until your passing when you saw jose you saw joe and vice versa. I love you man you were my brother and I'm glad those were some of the words we spoke to each other the last time I talked to you. I wish we could have talked one more time there was so much I wanted to tell you man. But I never got the chance to I will never forget you brother never thank you jose for 31 years of your friendship and the brotherhood we shared. I will never forget you man never I will cherish all the memories of the times we had forever. I would give anything to have you back man I could go on forever but jose would tell it's to long just get to the point. He use to hate it when I went into so much detail so in closing I will say jose I love man and a part of me will always be missing.

Jose was my best friend and like a brother to me. He made life fun. We went to St. Theresa school together, Waltrip High School and worked together at Chick Fil A and Pizza Hut. He was one of a kind and there will be forever a hole in my heart. He loved music, going to concerts, trips to Galveston and trips to Bucees. I miss him so much. My condolences to the family.
