Joe was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Joe served his country in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Korea during his service. Joe worked with his brother, Richard, for many years at Gene’s Floor Service. Gene Renfroe was not only his boss and employer, but close and valued friend to Joe. Joe also volunteered for many years at St. Raphael Catholic Church with his wife Janie. Then went into a very well-deserved retirement. Joe enjoyed his time at home watching golf on tv and playing a few golf games and poker games when given the opportunity. Joe enjoyed his free time to spend with his grandchildren whom he loved dearly.
