Jose Asuncion Gamez, 82, born September 22, 1928 entered into eternal rest December 7, 2010. Jose is preceded in death by his parents: Jose Isaac Gamez & Fransisca Esquivel Gamez; brothers: Manuel, Benito & Ruben Gamez; sister, Maria Lucia Gamez. Left to cherish his memories: loving wife, Oralia Gamez; sons: Jose A. & wife Nelly & family; Arturo & wife Anita & family, Alfonso Gamez; daughters: Oralia Merlan & family, Aurora Villacorta & family. Visitation will be Fri., Dec. 10th from 5-9PM with a Rosary beginning at 7:30PM at Brookside Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be 12:00PM, Sat., Dec. 11th at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 501 Tidwell Rd., Hou., TX 77022. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
