Joseph known to many as “Joey” graduated from Oak Ridge High School. Joey worked for Kroger for 23 years. Joey was a member of Special Olympics where he competed in golf and bowling. Joey also had a passion for country music especially Clint Black. He was an avid collector of DVD’s and CD’s. Joey loved traveling with family and friends. He also enjoyed watching his nieces, nephews, and dad compete. Joey’s wonderful smile was infectious. His belly roll laughter could be heard around the world. He will always be in our hearts.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Debbie Bell; grandparents, Bob and Helen Bell, Bobby and Beverly Nunley; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Joey is survived by his parents, Scotty and Jani Bell; brothers, Charlie Bell (Crystal), Jeff Bell (Tracie), and Clint Bell (Julia); sisters, Shelah Bell, and Cami Rangnow (Kyle); nieces and nephews, Caleb, Janieceal, Carleigh, Jacob, Hayley, Casen, Kenly, Grant, Jace, Cade and great nephew Atticus; along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Serving as pallbearers are Charlie Bell, Jeff Bell, Clint Bell, Caleb Bell, Jacob Bell and Grant Cooley.
