Joseph Sam Pomilla passed away on October 12, 2017 in New Caney, Texas. Joe was born on Oct. 23, 1946 in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his wife Judy Kay; children: Kim Paisley & Tim, Gina Pomilla, and Tony Pomilla; grandchildren: Taylor Pomilla, Scott Paisley, Brooke Paisley; one great grandchild: Andrew Pomilla; siblings: Evelyn Laskowski and Annette Pomilla. Joseph served in the Army and he was also a part of the Knights of Columbus (Fourth Degree).
Visitation for family and friends will be at Brookside Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from 12pm to 8pm with a Rosary Service beginning at 6:30pm. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 10am at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, 20000 Loop 494 New Caney, Texas 77357. Interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park. Reception will be at St. John of the Cross after the burial.
