Prayers for the whole family, sorry for your loss. Jody was an asset to St John Neumann in Austin. Always available to help very friendly with a smile for all. We missed him when he moved and now feel the loss with you. I’m sure he is serving in Heaven like he did here. Gods peace be granted to you all. Marcia Rohrer

As saddened as I am by Jody's passing, I remember the many good times we shared. I met Jody when he moved to Austin in 2008 and had the privilege of working with him for over three years from mid 2011 to early 2015. Jody was a gentle soul, more gentle than perhaps he knew. He liked to hang out with the men he worked with and enjoyed having us tell stories about one another and himself. He enjoyed a good ribbing. He valued our friendship as much as the work itself. He valued being good at what he did and enjoyed it when the rest of us pitched in on a project with the full use of our talents, as well. Jody will be missed but never forgotten.
