Josephine “Josie” Liza Garrett was born on October 25, 1950 and passed away on August 23, 2012, in Houston, Texas, after a lengthy illness. Josie is survived by her daughters, Mary Ann Basquine and husband Paul; Cheryl Marie Davis, and Cynthia Elizabeth Green-Cardenas; Sisters, Linda Gasque, Rosemarie Rincon, Alice Albritton, Yolanda Sanchez, Mary Helen Silva, Amelia Lopez, Diane Garcia, and Gracie Sanchez; Brothers, Eddie Rico, Fred Luna, Gilbert Sanchez, Fred Sanchez and Raymond Sanchez; 10 grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. A Memorial service will be held Thursday, August 30 , 2012 at 10:00 AM. at Funeraria Del Angel, North Chapel, 5100 North Freeway, Houston, TX 77022.
